Dr. Jayanta Ghosh, incorporated Waymark Invincible Foundation in the  memory of  his mother with the coined name “WAYMARK”, with a demonstrated history of working as an entrepreneur in the Petroleum industry, around 20 ( Twenty) years of petroleum business experience with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, honoured with several awards from IOCL, where his work is recognized and appreciated, skilled in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Team Building, Management Leadership, a MBA by qualification ,  an alumnus of prestigious Indian Institute of Management ( Calcutta) with Senior Management  Program and Doctorate in Business Administration in the field of growth of Solar energy supply in India.
